Program/Project Evaluations arere necessary to access whether the project/program was/is being implemented according to the planned objectives and the targeted populations was/is being reached. It further provides information about the successful strategies and contributing factors and major challenges faced during this course. DOER Trust specializes in undertaking Annual Program/Project Reviews, Mid-Term Program/Project Reviews, Post Program/Project Evaluations and Impact Assessments. DOER establishes the objectives and scope of work with the client before initiating the fieldwork and uses both quantitative and qualitative methodologies and tools to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the project/program.

For Evaluations the DOER Team reviews all of the available records, conducts field visits, uses customized tools/questionnaires, conducts Focus Group Discussion (FGDs) and Semi-Structured Interviews (SSI) with key staff, beneficiaries and relevant stakeholders along with other tools and techniques.
