DOER team facilitated as an External consultant in Strategic Planning of Diocese of Karachi, sponsored by CPMPF-UK.

Project Evaluations:

  • “Water and Sanitation, Health and Livelihood Programme based in Mirpur Khas, Umer Kot and Badin districts” implemented by Society for Safe Environment and Welfare of Agrarian-Pakistan (SSEWA-Pak) funded by Tearfund-UK. Evaluation was conducted in April 2013 focusing years 2011 to 2013.

  • “Integrated Gender and Development Project” requested by The Salvation Army Pakistan funded by TSA Switzerland. Evaluation was conducted in July 2008 focusing years 2005 to 2008.

  • AIM’s Working Children Education Program, Faisalabad-Pakistan (KNH Germany)

  • “End Term Project Review of Rehabilitation Project for IDPs–Buner KPK requested by SSEWA-Pak funded by Tearfund-UK.

Recovery/Disaster Management Planning and PRA:

  • Recovery/Disaster Management Planning with Union Councilors of Districts Mansehra & Shangla (KPK) after 2005 earth quake requested by Church World Services Pakistan/Afghanistan (CWS P/A) funded by ACT Alliance.

  • Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) in Rehim Yar Khan (Cholistan Desert) and developed proposal on Sustainable Community Development Program for Kindernothilfe (KNH)-Germany.

Organization Evaluations

  • Evaluation of “Audio Visual Centre (AVC)” requested by Tearfund-UK.

  • Evaluation of “Islamabad Christian Against Narcotics (ICAN)” requested by Tearfund-UK.
  • Evaluation of Christian Hospital Kunri (Sindh) and its Community Based Health Project on request of Tearfund UK.
  • Evaluation and Impact Assessment Study of Health Board of Peshawar Diocese, Bannu Hospital and different BHUs funded by the Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Mission (FELM).

  • Evaluation of Presbyterian Education Board and its Central Management Office, Lahore.

    Evaluation of Nia Janm (Born Again) a drug rehabilitation organization based in Islamabad.

  • Evaluation of “Primary Education Project (PEP)” Diocese of Hyderabad, requested by Tearfund-UK.

  • Evaluation of Christian Hospital Taank (KPK) and its Community Healthcare Project on request of Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Mission (FELM).

Capacity Self-Assessment (CASA-Tool): CASA tool developed was by Tearfund-UK to assess the capacity of community development organizations / partners based in Pakistan. CASA was conducted for SSEWA-Pak., AVC, ICAN, IBTIDA, OTS & PBCI.
