Mr. Victor Con Tow is an Australian, having a Bachelors of Engineering from Sydney University. Before DOER Trust, Mr. Vic Tow worked as Commissioning Engineer at Union Carbide and Unilever in Australia and later as Commissioning Engineer for United Mission to Nepal. He came to Pakistan in 1978 and served as a consultant with Young Men Christian Association (YMCA) Technical Institute until 1986. As a consultant he worked for community development, NGO capacity building and human resource development. During his work he observed that the Christian Community and Church Institutions had lot of potential and resources that could be utilized more effectively and efficiently to bring about positive change within the Church and it’s intuitions and that would result in the betterment in the lives of overall Pakistani community that these Church based institutions’ serve.
