Since its inception DOER trust has played a pivotal role in enhancing the skills, capabilities and knowledge of humanitarian, development and social sector workers serving in Church, para-church and various other social sector organizations. The trainings services to the staff have resulted not only in improving the organizations internal systems and procedures but also in providing better, more effective and more efficient services to the beneficiaries as well. DOER has a pool of in-house and external facilitators, who are expert in their fields and possess an extensive experience of service delivering. At DOER we believe in “Facilitating” not “Teaching”. Our training courses are general as well as custom or tailor made that we offer after conducting through “Training Needs Assessment (TNA)”. We offer various leadership & professional, personal, spiritual and community development trainings programs of different duration depending on the need. We aim at achieving high quality results and determine them by a cycle of continuous follow-up after delivering a capacity building program
