We are grateful to The DOER Trust for facilitating 'Capacity Self-Assessment' (CASA) Module I & II exercises with OTS staff. CASA Module I (Internal Organization) exercise revealed strengths, which was a source of motivation and encouragement for the OTS family. It is nice to comment on CASA exercise conducted by DOER Trust because LSRDA has achieved productive results from CASA. CASA exercises also ensure anonymity which is well recognizable strength; it helps to be more open in their opinion. The CASA exercise provided not only the overall view of the functioning of the organization but also prompted action to rectify growth/weak areas, that helped LSRDA to trigger effective outcomes and it also prompted the staff to improve coordination and teamwork among them.
